我们平日参加晚宴时，不仅被招待高星级的服务和食物，就连桌上的餐具、碗碟都是看起来相当『富丽堂皇』的。可是，大马名厨旺师傅日前去参加一场国际晚宴，没想到用来乘其中一道菜的『碗』竟然是廉价塑料碗，让他看了傻眼。

知名化妆品牌创始人萝兹塔在推特揭发，日前与儿子拿督斯里阿里夫出席一场名为东盟行动颁奖典礼（Tindakan Majlis Asean Award），晚宴期间令她感惊讶的是，本应是豪华盛宴的餐桌，却出现了属于“街边小摊”的物品——塑料碗。

旺师傅也是受邀嘉宾，对此事同感并在推特发文申诉及上传相关视频，他也说到：『让国外客人留下坏印象！』萝兹塔认为，宾客付出高昂的费用后，主办单位理应提供合理的服务，而非提供街边小摊水平的餐具给宾客。

她说，当时与同桌对这塑料碗感到惊讶，觉得又气又好笑，并拍下照片作为记录，『夜市才有的塑料碗碟出现在宴会桌上，10个席位共5万令吉……我感到十分惊讶，其他重量级的嘉宾同样感到震惊并讨论此事。』

Hee hee D.S Aliff Shukri said to me.. " eee CW mangkuk ni dah mcm Kantin sekolah pulak!" We all laughed la... Yes when i first saw the plate all made of this melamine i was shocked. Especially for such a prestigious Business awards attended this evening from 40 countries with so many prominent business corporate people tak tau mcm mana la caterer mereka tak ada all this nice table setting for this evening. I said to Bonda Rozita sitting next to me... Dah la kita makan free sempat lagi mengumpat ni! We all laughed. Off course i saw that but i just kept that to myself until D.S Aliff had mentioned. Mcm2 kan orang Malaysia ini. Ramai mlm ni pun meja2 sebelah yang came to me and said.. " Omg this is so tak ada class..We came all dressed up in black tie, Tux and evening gown only to sit infront of all this melamine and plastic bowl. Business Awards dinner table is not cheap. But what we have been serve is terrible. Dah la tu all our dishes came in each time 20 to 30minits. By 10.45pm they still serving the 3rd last dish. Dah la Malay food should not be courses by courses unlike Chinese food kan CW".. I just smile aja as myself didnt touch the food. Had early dinner at home at 5pm tadi. So i wasnt hungry. Anway i do see the point here why many complained and upset. Some paid rm3000 to rm5000 for that table dinner. So organiser and caterer should do it properly la. Especially we have 40 countries recieving the awards from i am sure this is not a good impression we leave to our overseas guests.

旺师傅也说，相关国际盛会出席者分别来自40个国家，包括政府部门、海外知名企业家和得奖者等，并发现许多宾客感到失望并投诉，毕竟部分宾客以3000至5000令吉的价格购买每桌的席位。因此他认为，主办方及餐饮提供者应妥善处理此事，尤其是40名来自国外代表的得奖者，相信塑料餐具并不能为海外客人留下好印象。
